Saturday Morning fitness

Saturday Morning Fitness sessions are a fun way to start your weekend. They are run at the park located at 804 North East Road (opposite Holdens) Workouts run from 8am till 845am. Workouts involve strength training, core/posture exercises and cardio work. A 4 week block is $60 or casual sessions are $20. To register now contact Adam on 0402 569 098.
