Personal Training

Personal training is for everyone from young to old, to athletes, to the sedentary individual. Workouts are fun and are catered to the individuals needs, taking into consideration all the different things that are going on within your body.  


I offer personal training at Fitness first Holden Hill, and also at local parks for the people who prefer to train outdoors. Sessions are available Monday to Friday & also Saturday mornings. I supply the equipment, just bring yourself dressed in some workout clothes, a towel and some water. Different personal training packages are available. Small group training is also available.
