My name is Adam Todd and I’m the owner of Action Time Fitness. It is my mission to inspire, lead and coach as many people as I can to achieve their health and fitness goals, and to get more out of themselves than they ever thought possible. I believe people have enormous potential inside of themselves & I want to help them bring that out. I do that not only through exercise, encouraging, motivation and education, but also through inspiration. I take pride in talking the talk and walking the walk.

I have been coaching and training clients for approximately 5 years. I am qualified as a:

  • CHEK Exercise coach
  • Level 3 Personal Trainer at Fitness First
  • Level 2 Personal Trainer with Fitness Australia
  • CHEK level 1 Holistic lifestyle coach
  • Master practitioner of NLP
  • Master Practitioner of Time Line Dynamics
  • Master Hypnotherapist
  • Master Life Coach.

I excel at coaching and guiding my clients to the life, body and thoughts that they want. I have different fitness and lifestyle training packages available. I work with individuals and groups as well as Saturday morning fitness and Wednesday night fitness.
