Breakfast should be your largest meal.

It should consist of some vegetables, some meat and a considerable amount of water.

You’ve just gone 8-10 hours or so without eating when you wake up and you’re going to need fuel to run all the systems of your body.

This will kick start your metabolism and you won’t be tempted by dodgy little sugar snacks at 10am.
