Drink only clean water. NOT tap water (there are too many chemicals in tap water which kill the beneficial bacteria in the stomach our bodies rely on).

We are creatures of the earth. Water is essential for important processes to happen in and around your 100 trillion cells. The majority of water for sale is deficient in mineral content. This is easily solved by getting yourself some organic sea salt and adding a pinch to your water. You shouldn’t be able to taste it.
Drinking things like brightly coloured sports drinks, favoured/pasteurized milk, pasteurized juices, alcohol, wine, beer, bubbled drinks, soft drinks or any other BS that is out there is not going to help you lose your belly. It’s all marketed brilliantly but forget about that stuff. Don’t even try to justify why. Just get serious about your health.
